I bought a Scott Foil 2012 for $ 3200 incl. Shipping and tax from Fipper Bicycles in Indonesia. They asked for a bank transfer or a Western Union wire transfer. After receiving payment they allegedly shipped the bike with a company called Asian Cargo Express. After a couple of days they asked for more money due to problems with chinese customs. The tracking page of Asian Cargo Express mentioned "Hold by Chinese Customs".
Fipper Bicycles is a scam and so is Asian Cargo Express. Beware that the scammers change their company names every 6 to 9 months. They are always based in Indonesia and never propose PayPal or credit cards as a method of payment.
