Hurricane Irene washed out Hwy 12 at the Outer banks, we had a house rented for the week. We purchased trip insurance which was to cover us if we could not get to house. We sent insurance co. Letters from N.C. Ferry Division stating no ferries we available per there request and also a letter from Lucy Wallace Communications officer NCDOT-Ferry Division Stating the chaos on the Island. And that no ferries were available. The letters were sent on March 7th. As of this date we have heard nothing from iNSURANCE CO. I have sent information they requested. I would appreciate your help in collecting the $590.71 that they still owe me. Thank You, Judy Clarke
