I"ve had phoned my Rushcard just before heading up to Jackson-Hewwitt, An ask one of their Rep"s, What exactly what did I need to Direct Deposit my an husband, (He didn"t work) so I just did my lil bit. Now I want you to know, prior to this in feb, 29th, they excepted his benifits check to myself, in my name, wth his Social, So he even guarenties me up to 2 days early! ~NiCE huh, What a deal, On the 18th, Finaly figured out Rushcard had it. They just didn"t tell me, After All day the 18th, 23 hours into, I stayed up all night an day, Document after Document, They was blurred, only getting half, You name it, I got it, By 6:00 am, The very last doc, was approved, clear, Faxed everything, That"s when THEY decided to tell me that my husband had to open a Rushcard, CHECK IS ROUTED INTO MY ACCOUNT #" AN SIGNED TO GO INTO CERTAIN ACCOUNT, YES, YOU HAVE THAT OPTION, sO THEY TOOK THAT OPTION AWAY FROM ME, TOLD US TO OPEN HIM ACCT. An then we could have the check transfer to my account, sometimes that takes, quote " up to 2 days, verifying. Well, it"s now the 21st, i straight up ask them everytime i call, were am i, my status, an i get, i'm sory for the incomvenience mam, but i cannot tell you when we can release your money, an we cannot tell you why, but it is now been sent to our account specialist, an karen connot speak to that department, they can only email for me, an now i find out 3 other people, are going through same, it"s a crying shame, an what right do they have, why are they doing this to people already struggling, it"s not right.
