I purchased and downloaded *ZiggyTV pro* 2 months ago

Now my computer is out of order beyond repair

Please can you explain to me HOW TO TRANSFER THIS WEBSITE TO A NEW COMPUTER without paying the fees again and precluding weeks of vdo's downloading again???
