We were considering buying a new vehicle in January and did a car vin check which was supposed to be $2.95. I was charged $29.95 each month from January through April from this company, which is not the company we originally used for the vin check. When we called them they just kept repeating some script which had nothing to do with my call/complaint and refused to transfer me to a supervisor, or anyone else for that matter. They said they would stop charging me, but wouldn't do a refund for the other unauthorized charges. I am doubtful they will stop charging me; therefore, I am going through the hassle of having a new card issued.
