Buffy Parsons (Parti Tyme Yorkies) advertised a Parti Yorki female born 5th May. The female was approx 11 months old when advertised. I contacted Buffy & she agreed to sell me this female. I paid an $800 deposit through pay pal. As I needed the Yorkie to be flown to me in Cape Town, there were a number of required tests before the female could be shipped. The female did not pass the tests & was diagnosed with a serious health condition. Buffy promised to refund the deposit I had paid, but now a year later I haven't been refunded a single cent! I have sent her many pay pal invoices & emails & at first I would get one long story after the other & one promise after the next - but now she won't even reply to my emails. I feel like I have been totally scammed!!!
