Walmart Gift Card

I received a text saying "Dear Walmart shopper, Congratulations you have just won a $1000 Walmart Gift Card. Click here to claim your gift. Www.ShopWmart.com (STOP2end)". I didn't click any of that nor did I Stop2end, but I have no idea how they got my number! More of an annoyance, and I'm sure others have been scammed with this out of desperation. Good thing I'm paranoid!
