I just spent two days. I can't get back talking to a Bruce Beddard with beddardmortgageteam.com and all I got was *. One of the first things Bruce Beddard asked for was my SSN and a $500 depoist, which of course I was reluctant to give him but finally did for the credit check. Bruce Beddard assured me my credit looked good. I went through about 20 different phone calls with all kinds of info Bruce Beddard needed. Bruce Beddard did not seem to know what he was doing from the start. Finally, Bruce Beddard left a message that he was sorry but we were not approved because of my credit report and that my deposit was not refundable! He should have known that from the very start even before he stole my $500! Good thing I wasn't home to answer the call, but my husband did call him back to complain. Bruce Beddard is a complete a waste of time and a thief!
