Unsolicited commercial text message sent to my cell phone. Number has been on the US Gov't Do-Not-Call List for many years. Charging for time and trouble to report this unauthorized activity that never should have happened. Text message was: "You’ve been Chosen to Win a $1,000 Walmart Gift Card! But only the 1st 1,000 users that enter code 7777 at http://walmartgift.Co will Receive it!"
