Paid for in-game BankNotes for "Airport City, " an smartphone game through GameInsight. Made two purchases that were cleared through my bank account: one for $49.99 and another for $1.99

I purchased 6 in game banknotes and never received them. Last Saturday, I purchased $49.99 in banknotes and they never appeared in the game either. I emailed FOUR times last week and not only did not get the courtesy of a refund or banknotes, but not even a REPLY to my emails! To add insult to injury, GameInsight offered an Easter special the next day for 300% more banknotes for the price. Then, as I said, again today I ordered $1.99 in notes with no results. Appears that GameInsight is running a sloppy operation, or a SCAM.
