LFA advertises that they will provide a complete securitization of your mortgage loan. However, the documents that they produce does not show that the securitization report is actually tied to your mortage. They charge a high fee and provide the same information that you can search for yourself via searching free and public URLs. The Securities & Exchange Commission site - http://www.sec. Gov/edgar. Shtml and other public domains will provide you with the exact same information AND save you a lot of money

They have a Better Business Bureau rating of a F! Go figure...
