Ordered a pair of shoes for my husband from this online company. Used my paypal account for $98.64. Within a few hours I received an email confirming my order and address.
I understood it would be coming from China, so I expected 6-8weeks. It has now been more than 10 weeks. No shoes, no parcel.
I have emailed them on thier "Contact Us" page on the website, NO REPLY although thier website says "Will reply within 24 hours". I have even replied to the email address I recieved the confirmation from. NO REPLY.
Unfortuntaly Paypal will only assist in disputes 45 days from original purchase date. We are past the 45 days and will recieve no help from PayPal.
At this point, I dont care about the money lost - I want this website CLOSED. These people are scam artists and need to be stopped.
Sooo frustrating.
