Miguel Denyer Have paid $396.00 towards a life time membership to this fraudulent miscreant

I signed up for a life time membership with IPSSC, and to date, have paid $396.00. I now find out Miguel Denyer has misrepresented himself as to his qualifications and certifications. I am canceling the remaining payments and would like to see him prosecuted for his fraudulent activities and hope my statement serves as a warning to others who seek membership in his organization.
