I found the charge when I checked my PNC checking account online. I called the bank and they gave me the phone number 559-481-1931. I called the number and the person/answering machine that answered the call had a very heavy accent. I could not understand everything they said. I was put on hold and there was loud music during the wait. At the end they said to call back during regular business hours. I placed the call at 3 in the afternoon from the Daylight Savings Time in the Midwest area. I will have to call back and have them investigate the charge and have my card cancelled. What a hassle!
