UPDATE - the text message says you have won a 1000 dollar gift card from awl mart, who should be doing more to stop them, i think.
I have attached a photo of my browser window, and the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the offer, which is basically sending them money and you get some. Its a CONSUMER REPORT group. Or a shopping network of some kind. BUT purchases are required to get the card, which, I have researched this, many people state that they never got the card after participating in this "group"
Supposedly you can make the text messages stop by texting "STOP" to the number they text you from.
