I read the newspaper ad about free cable with this product. I ordered 2 and my parents ordered 3. The product was guaranteed to work or your money back. It was also advertised with a 2 year warranty. When i recieved the product, it immediately would not work, the same for my parents.
When i called to return them, they told me it was at my expense.
I told them since I paid for shipping and handling to send it to me I should not have to pay to return it. They agreed to pay for the return by me faxing them the return package bill. I did send it back on 4/6. I still have not recieved my money back, as well as my parents.
