Trial bottles are also the first month's supply - first charged on 7/3. If you do not send back in time (two weeks) the you are charged the first month's supply in full - 21/3.in these two bottles there are 60 and 45 tablets and are advised to take a minimum of three tablets from each bottle per day - which is not a month's supply.
So I waited to send back what I thought was the next shipment. I rang on 27/3 and was told that I did get the month's supply - the operator did not tell me the trial and the month's supply were the same thing! Nor is it on the package!
I did get through a second time and stopped the subscription but was not able to send 'the trial' back as this option has expired. The second operator explained all this to me today 12/4.
How can they get away with this! Pam - Australia.
