I have received mail from this organization that there is a pre-loaded Visa card with usd. 10000 to be dispatched to me and a chance to win prizes in excess of Usd. 5,000, 000.00 if I send Usd 50.00 fee for entry into a lottery and signed by one David Seaford but believe this is a scam
