I attempted to place an order for a NFL jersey from fanshopnfl, but when I got to the checkout page there was an error, so I had assumed it didn't go through. I ordered the jersey from another website, then realized I had an email from fan shop that it had gone through. I emailed them immediately saying I wanted to cancel the order since there was an error and I didn't think it went through. They told me they would keep 5% of my order and refund the rest, which is ridiculous because the order should have never went through. I've emailed several times, they keep saying they're refunded me, but this was in December, it is now April. I have still not received my money.
