Ripoff scam dirty fund raise

I was Aproached by a young man at a wal mart parking lot he was really nice and was asking me if i was intrested in helping him out by subscribing to a magazine i told him that i was not intrested but he kept insisting fianaly to get him off me back i agreed to do so i wrote him acheck for 31.00 dollars. The only thing i got was the wrong magazine i canceld the magazine and requested my money back. To this day i have not received any thing
