I ordered a pair of shoes off this website a few days ago and just like the other complaints, I received an confirmation email but all of the contact information is bogus! I just attempted to check the status of the order and I couldn't. How can I get my money back? I ordered the shoes for my son's upcoming prom... What should I do?
