Onebox added customers from the Phone People unknowing to the existing customers. They now have your billing information and have whacked me for 3 months in one billing cycle and added a late fee under their charges to my Am Exp that is paid in full! When I asked them to remove the charges they refused to make any changes beyond 7 days.
I am hoping American Express will see this as a scam and do what they do best, extract money from the scammers!
Do not use this company! Pay more for att and get good customer service.
