I received a link to a site called 'Web Education'. It described a money making scheme involving the posting of web links. I signed up for the first package ($97.5), and through the misleading instructions, inadvertently signed up for a second package at $98.00)!
On pursuing the first package, I discovered that there would be additional charges for maintaining the web site that I would need to have to operate the scheme, amounting t more than $200 per year.
At this point I realised I had been scammed!
