Telmex Mexico. Lousy service

Two months without Internet service in Cuernavaca. I've talked to a dozen people and nothing happens. I am told they are installing fiber, meantime they disrupted the "old" Infinitum service and Telmex can not get either one to work. Supervisor Mariana Lopez amongst many others promises to ESCALATE the issue... But nothing happens... Essentially a monopoly ran amuck...
