Debited my checking account for " payday advance enrollment" using a substitute check dated 04-03-12 pay to the order of capital advance, llc. Comments on check " customer authorization obtained 04-01-12. I did not authorize this transaction. It also caused my checking account overdrawn and my bank, pnc bank charged $36.00 nsf/od fee.
