I only requested to trial their product, but was put into an automatic shipment program to receive further products. I was asked only to pay the shipping costs. Unfortunately I have tried to contact them and have not been able to (by phone - contact disconnected and by email - no response). I am very disappointed that this has happened. I have cancelled my credit card to hopefully stop further costs.
