I received a letter today from "Oxford Financial Group, 115 Broad St, Oxford, UK 0X1 3AS" (The name on the envelope was "President's Choice Financial, sent from Canada with no further return address) stating that I had won $150,000 and enclosed a check for $3,980 to cover the $1,995 worth of taxes on the amount. They said in the letter not to deposit the check until I contact them. This appears to me to be an attempt to scam me out of my bank information to gain access to my account.
