I worked for Bankers Life and Injury and also the department supervisor essentially allow the several top-producing brokers do whatever they had a need to do inorder to create a purchase. These were really sexist. A number of the brokers cursed while we were about the telephones attempting to talk to customers. It was all permitted from the department manager. There have been many cases of sexual harassment at work the department supervisor wouldn't do something about. This can be a deceptive organization throughout. They're harmful to their customers and harmful to their brokers!!
