I saw your report about Eroticy Greg, and I know you said your not a lawyer (Thank the Lord for little things), but let me ask you this.
How do you defend a site that uses fake women as speakers in the chat room? You say that its not Eroticy's fault if people make up fake accounts, yet 5 emails to Lisa (The queen idiot) at Eroticy went unanswered. These emails contained the names of accounts that use Porn stars on their accounts. She did not respond, nor take these accounts down.in other words, the owner or cust serv rep as she wants to be called, knows its illegal, is being informed its illegal, yet refuses to do anything about it.
THIS IS EROTIES FAULT if they aren't going to immediately correct it. I know of 35 accounts that have porn stars as pictures, and continue to use them even though Eroticy was informed of this.
Now I ask again Greg, would you like to defend this?
Also, what do you think of Eroticy using 18 year olds as chatters? Yes, Missy841 and Jordan Stewart are 18 year old Jordan Capri.

I have personally spotted 35 porn stars from other sites on Eroticy. I have also spotted at least 15 pictures of girls with multiple accounts. How much ya wanna bet that their not paying for 15 accounts??? Doesnt that constitute false advertising? Isn't it fraud to say Eroticy has over 2 million members when 10 of them have 15 accounts each.
I have my own site at but I dont have 2 million members. Maybe if I make up 50 accounts for everyone that goes into my site, I can reach 3 billion before Winter hits. Would it be fair for me to advertise that I have 3 billion members? Would it be legal? In case you're looking for the tylenol, the answer is NO, it would not be legal.
I have not read any change in terms of service, but Eroticy cannot change terms of service unless paying customers are notified of such changes.
Isn't it also illegal for Eroticy to ban paying members because they belong to another chat site? Again Greg, your answer is yes it is illegal Steffy. A person can belong to as many chat sites as they wish, as long as their behavior is concurrent with the TOS of Eroticy.
Isn't it illegal for the CM of a room to ask for naked photos of you to be posted or your account will be banned? Again Greg, your answer is YES!
