He has filed a motion to reduce his "child support payments" and reduce his arrears. He has not made a payment in 16 months.
He lives with his parents and they pay ALL of his bills.
He worked for 3 months in 2004 and did not even attempt to make a payment.
There is also Domestic Abuse involved in this situation.
