As an Engagement/Loss Mitigation Specialist I provided required documents to clients to gather financial informations to the bank to have them negotiate a work-out option for the client using the Obama MHA (Making Home Affordable program).
This procedure is to have the clients sign a Trust Agreement Exhibit A which is a two page form document stating how the money is being managed thru Bank Of America. They are to submit the funds to an account which is supposedly used for negotiating a work-out option from the bank.
There is a second Trust Agreement Exhibit B which is one page document illustrating how the client is to retrieve their money if we can't provide a work-out option for them, and they are to wait 2 business day to get instructions on how to retrieve the funds they submitted to Bank Of America.
We have had clients that were denied work-out options that were proposed by SFE Financial, Inc. And they wanted their money back. We had them fax the Trust Agreement back to efax messenger so Mr. Robert Sawyer can respond appropriately and no client has received any phone calls or emails from Mr. Robert Sawyer. I have resigned from my position as Engagement/Loss Mitigation Specialist under SFE Financial, Inc. On the strength of fraudulent business practice.
The whole team in Pennsylvania and Delaware has been swindled under Mr. Robb Sawyer business practice, I have been working long hours creating a proposal package for clients that gave money due to my creditability of knowing them. I have not received full payment from any of my hard work and dedication in trying to negotiate with their bank to get them a suitable workout option under the Making Home Affordable program under the Obama Plan.
What started out to be legit turned out to be a scam for all those involved. Mr. Robert Sawyer came from California to Philadelphia to train us for weeks to get us prepared for a Blast Campaign. Using Cell phone numbers to send out a text message from purchased leads with 2nd mortgages to be wiped out and lowering their monthly mortgage payments.
If they were in a foreclosure status or they homes have lost property value due to the downward spiral economy, we were supposed to be able to give them some sort of work-out option that was presented from their financial information they provided to us.
