My husband ordered 2 lots of free wrinkle samples on internet from different companies. Never arrived, but money for "post and packing" taken twice out of the account - from the same address of an account in Watford UK.
I finally got hold of them before the monthly money would be deducted from a phone number, which apparently goes to the USA.
They said they cannot find the account name, or my name and could I please give a phone number. I refused. Then asked me to provide credit card number again. I demanded an email and then got the one called [email protected] African Mango! So its all the same company. Needless to say I did not give them the card number and phoned the bank. We now have to get a new credit card.
