I ordered an Apple iPod touch 4th Generation White (32GB) (Latest Model) on 2/13, and felt a bit uncomfortable wiring money to the following bank details:

Everytime I have submitted a request, and its been about 10 times, I have not got any reply.
I got my bank to do an international query to try and get me a refund, however, the bank in China attempted to contact the retailer, who refused to give me a refund?
I still have not heard from them, no product, no refund.
Its most likely my fault, as I should have investigated the company more thouroughly.
Please reply to this email, so I know what you will do?
