Apple Store I have paid for a product that has not been delivered

I ordered Apple iPhone 4 32 GB from ApplePoShop Trade Ltd on December 21 for US $2715. This amount was transfered online to the following address:

Beneficiary Address: Putian, Fujian, China

Bank Name: Bank of China Putian Branch

Swift Code: BKCHCNBJ*

Bank Account: 45635 16407 * *

Bank Address: Putian, Fujian, China

After the the seller received the payment, he stopped responding to my emails. I have sent him a number of emails requesting the status of my order and have not yet received any response. This has made me doubtful about this Company/seller. This is because I used to receive quick responses (an average of 3 hours) during the initial stages of order processing and beforethey received the payment.
