I was viewing a you tube video of the
Letterman show and I answered an add for a limited time offer for a free smokeless cigarette for only the shipping and handling charges of $4.95. I thought it would be a novelty so I paid the $4.95 and ordered it. Then I get billed later on 3/17 for $107.24 on my credit card. What a scam.
