This "business" is a total scam. I found out about this on craigslist because I'm looking for a place to rent. I called about a 3 bedroom 2 bath apt in culver city and i was skeptical because the rent was stated for around 1700 a month. The person on the other end asked me for a reference number? And told me that the apt was actually a house going into foreclosure and i was going to take over the payments with no credit check and no money down.
Then i asked how can i see the house and the person said i had to pay $165 before i can see it and the only way to pay was over the phone with credit card. I asked the person why i had to pay to see the house and he said this is not a welfare office? And hung up on me.
Don't ever do business with these people. Not only they are a scam but they are also very rude.
