I went to this website as a reult of surfing to find an Apple I-Pad with wireless and 3g with 64mb and at a reasonable price. This website came up. They have a live chat-line. When I used it to inquire whether it was new or used at this price, they responded back. When my first attempt (on Mar. 6) was thwarted due to insufficient funds with my paypal acct., they readily chatted with me to lead me to a completed transaction. But after they had extracted my money from paypal, I have not since been able to talk to any body (alive); only automated gadjets and a voice mail of the same person who made the transaction. (He never returns my calls or ever picks up). I have left countless chat messages on their website but no body ever responds. Finally, I caught the chat line at a time when it indicated "we're online"; (all other times (morning, noon or night) they claim to be "off-Line". As soon as I begin to make my complaint, they remove the "on-line" indication; make my message to disappear; and then begin to show that they are "off-line". I want to cancel my order and get my money back but no living person will ever talk to me.
I have all documents that show that they received payment for my I-Pad; I also have documents to preve that Pay Pal senbt them the money from my account. What can I do to recoup my funds back to pay pal (since this is usually the way i will have to purchase from a real supplier next time?
