Im currently with best bank who has been good to me for some time until now. I came across a over draft fee which was unusual and shocking because by the time i noticed that my acc was over drafted i had already accumulated 274 dollar in overdraft fees. I called the company that the bank pointed to who caused the overdraft to happen. Mind you, i never heard about this company in my life. So DRI (the company) said that they will refund me back my money that was charged to my acc. The next month is here and i have not touched my debit card and i have an overdraft. This time i didnt read my mail until a week or so after. Can u believe i recieved another overdraft from the same damn company. Furious is not even the word to describe how i felt. This time my overdraft fees were close to 400 dollars. My bank is unable to waive fees because they feel its something i have to handle with the merchant who i dont even know. I dont even know what this company actually does. Im soooo lost rigjt now. I just wish i had a lawyer or something so i can sue the crack out of them for me and in others behalf... Ughhhhhhhh
