Received a letter stating I had won 200,000.00 and to call a customer care representative at the number listed on the letter and also a check was enclosed for $4,960.20. I called the phone number at the bottom of the letter and the guy answered and told me in a muffled voice to call the number in the second paragraph. I knew it was a scam. Called the number and all it did was ring and no one answered. The address is Suit 207-2234 Oxford Drive, Syracuse, NY 13220
