We were approached by phone by Mr Washington telling us we had won the lottery that my husband had sent in soMe tiMe ago we were instructed to send $325.00 dollars via WESTERN UNION TO A LADY IN MONTGOMERY AL, REBECCA QUILLLIN SO SHE CAN OBTAIN A TAX STAMP FOR THE CHECK. Then we waited for the phone call saying that they were on the way with our check. Well needless to say i t didnt happen they instead kept calling wih more money requests. First it was for insurance agains tthe loss of the check. Hten hey e r e heddign on that.

I understand that it is a felany to ask for money against winnings

So i wonder whta i can do to hav e him arrested.
