I was intrigued by the ad for free trial and began filling out the form - including the credit card (debit) number - then spotted the fine print and declined to authorize the purchase - later, got a nudge email stating I had forgotten to "sign" the order, which I ignored. Then I got the product in the mail and had forgotten the name of it, so ignored that as well, and then got the whammo notice of the $89.90 charge that would be ongoing.By then I had received a second product, but did not open it and returned it unopened to the company with a note explaining I had never authorized this purchase or either shipment. I called and was told I had not requested a Return Merch. Number so would not get a refund. I am 82, on Social Security, work part-time as an editor, and am furious.in the USA, citizens are allowed 7 - 10 days to request full return on any purchase! I returned all paper work as well. Please advise and help? Jerine P Watson, (Personal Info Removed)
