Back in June of last year I lost $99.00 when I signed up for my "free" account. As soon as I saw the charge (within 24 hours) I contacted them and got the whole no refunds blah blah here's free bids. It was NEVER disclosed that I was being charged anything. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and exactly 7 days after the class action was recorded my credit card company found in favor of the vendor. My case was re-opened by the credit card company and due to "time laps" they said they had to find in favor of the vendor. I provided all the documentation about the class action, the letter from the Delaware BBB and 17 pages worth of complaints filed against them prior to them closing the case the first time. I spent over 60 days battling with Visa and Bidrack. Current day: I lost my $99.00 so I figured I paid for it I should probably use it before they find some way to take it away... I can't get on their site. What the heck. Suncoast Schoools Federal Credit Union did me over as badly as bidrack since they closed my CC account then opened a new one and charged me fees when no card was issued. Both are unethical companies.
