On 2/2 i applied for a free trial of hcgultralean and colon cleanse. There was no obvious small print stating that if no further orders where required you would need to submit a cancellation. Today i have recieved my last monthly bank statement and have discovered that 4 seperate payments totalling £235.67, have been taken from my account. After an extensive search i eventually found contact numbers for the companies and rang to complain and cancel any future orders or unauthorised payments. It took some extremely stern language to get the woman to stop trying to sell me further orders at 50% discount, and just cancel both accounts. I have been assured this has been done and i will recieve an email within 48hrs stating this. I am extremely dubious that this will be the case. Numbers for both companies are 08081010929 and 08081890522. However after ringing both numbers i discovered it was the same woman who answered. Avoid these companies at all cost!
