Ripoff scam I was bill 96.00 from this company, Saying I entered a website from the UK, I NEVER went to and know nothing about rip-off

I recieved a bill from nationalone for 96.00. They stated that I went to this web site on the internet, and that i agreed to the terms. I never went to this web site. The web site they say is from the UK. With a total of 24 minutes.
