My facebook account was hacked almost five weeks ago. After scrolling through the help topics, I finally got them to reactivate it. I was so happy, until I realized, that my timeline was only there. All my photos, friends, clubs, and all game apps were gone. I have written to Ryzing, and they send you to the Zen help desk which is a joke. No one answers there at all. I am entitled to my money, and they said it would be four weeks to process, and I still have not received anything. I also would like all that I accured playing returned. I read that if you don't send in within 60 days, then the money is forfited. It had better not! You have been contacted by me, more than once. What is the point of filling out the dumb tickets, because you never answer.
