I ordered a pair of shoes and never received them. I sent to emails in the "contact us" portion of the website and never heard a response. I have filed a dispute with Am Ex. It appeared they only took Paypal, but after a few clicks I found I could enter my am Ex number. Immediately my Am Ex was charged - but the payment was to Paypal, not the website. I hope Am Ex resolves it - otherwise I will be taking it up with Paypal.
