I did fill out an ap for a mystery shopping job, so Iwas a little confused at first. First red flag: The person is offering ridiculous payment that a legitimate mystery shopping company would never pay. Second red flag: The email header has nothing to do with "mystery shopping". The email {below} promises that a legitimate "employment packet" would be sent in the future, but that I could "resume my status" as a shopper if I just provide my address, phone number, etc. I know from a nightmare experience with identity theft that less than the info requested is needed to steal your identity, & access bank accounts directly. It's best not to provide info to anyone, regardless of how innocent it may seem:). I noticed another person on this site had been sent a counterfeit check from someone also claiming to be this person. Best to delete it:).

After you get the letter, you must print, sign, scan and send it back as soon as possible.in the mean time, you have been given temporary work status. Once you receive and send back the employment letter, your status will be updated.
You will first start out handling smaller shopping contracts and when you have displayed an ability to perform at an augmented level, you will start to oversee larger activities and this would also mean an increase in your payment. There will be some tax documents you would have to file for and register with either the United States. (It would be sent along with the letter) For the mean time, YOU CAN START.
You would be paid $300.00 on every research information which you record for the company. You would also be given extra funds in a case where by you are evaluating or studying the activities of a place where spending is required by you.
