Saw free trial online when visiting another website - paid postage, never received product, emailed again and said it would arrive in 10 days; never arrived so didn't think anything more about it. Have just checked bank satement and realised that unauthorised transactions have occurred in Feb and in Mar to SkinEnhanced.com.
How can I stop this - I have contacted bank and they say to contact the companies but there is no contact info available.
