Last year, I was not able to get my password reset, when I called the company they asked me what credit card number did I use, I told them the # and they said, "no that is not it". I asked to be cancelled because they would not give me a password. They ignored me over and over when I would call them, now this year they charged me for another year of service. Greater than $79 and they did not even refund me for last years' service. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company and will inform BBB and Consumer Reports.
They are robbing people and continuously ignore their requests for password resetting, how rude and evil, may God bless them.
