I signed up for a trial sample of Bio slim on 19/02 for $4.95, via an Internet promtotion. I have not been able to cancel this agreement, because Bio slim have no record of me as a customer.
I did not receive said sample until Mid March.
The Bio slim delivery package, lists Bio slim (008) P.O. Box 30816 Salt Lake city Utah as the sender. (Postage was paid in Malmo Sweden)
However in the mean time I have been billed for subsquent deliveries of Bio slim,
on 19/02 & 05/03, which I have not authorised & to date 20/03, have not received.
Furthermore, I have researched Bio Slim on the internet & cannot find any informatio or contact details for Bio slim in Utah USA or Malmo Sweden.
